The Heartway S12X Vita Monster 4-Wheel Scooter by EV Rider is an all-terrain power scooter supporting up to 350 pounds. The Vita Monster 4-wheel includes a 900-watt motor with a 200 amp S-drive controller, double A-Arm front suspension and 3D rear suspension, 15” rear turf tires, full LED light package, rearview mirrors, cup holder, adjustable delta tiller, and a 20” captains seat. With a *maximum drive range of 28 miles and speed up to 11.5 mph, the Vita Monster Scooter offers a smooth ride with maximum shock absorption, and allows for easy outdoor maneuverability.

Scooter comes standard with full LED lighting package, rear view mirrors, rear anti-tippers, cup holder, LCD control panel, roll bar and adjustable D type tillertiller.

Lighting package includes low and high beam headlight, rear brake light and directional signals.

Delta tiller is a wraparound styled handle which minimizes strain and offers easy left and right hand operation

20" wide Captains seat with 6" cushioned seat and back for added comfort

15" rear turf tires allows easy outdoor maneuverability

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
