Shipping & Return Policy

Free Standard Ground Shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. No minimum order amount! Additional charges may be added for expedited shipping or freight charges for oversized packages. Please note: we can not ship packages to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes.

Assembly: Assembly is not included and is the responsibility of the purchaser unless specific arrangements are made to include assembly (additional charges for assembly may be applied). see details in Client Services.

Return and Exchange Policy: Your satisfaction is a requirement.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, just give us a at 877-808-4540 within 30 days after delivery to begin the exchange or return process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions on where to ship the package to. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number to be processed and we recommend you track and insure your return package. The product must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation and parts to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless returned for damages. Return packages must be received within 15 days after the RA # is issued. If your order is damaged in shipping or defective, give us a call as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing once your return have been received at the designated address.

Note: In an effort to keep our costs as low as possible, a 15% return service fee (based on the product price) will be charged for returned products.

Shipping and handling charges paid on your initial order, including expedited shipping, oversized shipped, international shipping, white glove and residential delivery charges, if any, are not refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

Custom made, hygienic and special order products can not be returned. For safety and health reasons - Hygienic and used products can not be returned. Hygiene products include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom products, body braces, eggcrate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and all products that come in direct contact with the body cannot be returned for safety.
