The NEW Rifton Pacer Medium by Rifton was designed with therapists and clients in mind! Featuring a newly designed upper frame with several bases including a standard base, utility, or treadmill bases. Each base is easy to configure and makes the Dynamic Pacer perfect for each client!

Features:

Dynamic upper frame features 3" vertical movement and 2" horizontal movement with lock-out controls

Standard upper frame is perfect for those who do not need dynamic movement

Adjust height easily with a single button that releases the gas spring

Upper also features indexing on the column so you can keep track of appropriate heights

Height and angle adjustable multi-position saddle fine tunes pelvis positioning for anterior or posterior use and easily fits on the standard upper frame.

Standard base provides function and support in any setting

Utility base is great for indoor or outdoor use and features rugged wheels for better mobility on rough surfaces

Treadmill/stability base allows you to mount either upper on a treadmill

NEW casters include a swivel lock and release, directional lock, variable drag and brakes

Odometer option is exclusive to Rifton and records client progress.

Optional Small arm prompt set include height, rotation, angle, lateral proximity and forward/backward adjustments

Optional small handlebars attaches on the top bar of any pacer, are lightweight and easy to adjust

Optional handloops are secure and highly adjustable and boost a sense of stability while moving

Optional Small Chest Prompt holds the torso at the desired angle using the tilt adjustment forward or backward in 15 degree increments

Optional Small Pelvic Support with handholds permits the natural pelvic movement and lower extremity weight-shifting in gait

Optional Small hip positioner helps to acheive the best position for gait training

Optional Small hip positioner pad provides cushioned comfort and is used with small hip positioner

Optional mini ankle prompts for standard base help with stride length and control stride placement

Optional Handholds are ergonomically designed, height-adjustable and rotate in four directions

Optional Communication tray holds most communication devices or other small objects

Optional Guide bar rotates at 180 degrees to help pull either from the front or push from behind the Pacer

Optional Accessory Tote Bag made of black ballistic nylon with a zippered top to keep all of your Pacer accessories together

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lead Time:

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
