The Med-Mizer ActiveCare Auto Pivot Standard bed come with a user-friendly control, this bed allows patients to pivot a full-chair position or to safely exit the bed into a standing position. Also available is an articulating head and knee section to create a more comfortable lying experience. Features and Benefits

Bed comes standard with easy to use hand control, adjustable head and knee sections, and fully pivoting surface area

Bed frame is available in either standard hospital size (36” width) or bariatric hospital size (42” width)

Control allows for one button “safe-turn exit” from the bed and pivots the lying surface smoothly to the side to allow users to independently enter or exit the bed

When in pivoted position, users can sit with loved ones or caregivers with plenty of sitting room on bed’s surface

Patients can enjoy a “Full Chair” position as well as independently adjustable head and knee articulation up to 80 degrees

Fixed height bed is at a low height of about 19” for ease of entering and exiting the bed for users in wheelchairs

For Fixed Frames you can select optional 3” or 5” casters add additional height to the low frame bed

Hand control is back-lit so users can see the buttons in low-light or night-time hours

Optional sheets available: with pillow holder

Add optional ¼ Length safety rails that drop down for ease of transfers

Optional mobility rail can be added to the right or left hand side and acts as a cane to help users gain stability when standing on their own

Add an optional head and footboard to make your bed look even better with your existing home décor!

**White Glove Delivery service is available. With this optional service, your bed is brought into your home and tested, and all packaging material is removed.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
