Do you accept Insurance or Medicare for payment?

At this time, we do not accept insurance or Medicare as forms of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal, checks or money orders. We can provide documents if you choose to self-submit an insurance or medicare claim, however we can not determine if the claim will be approved.

Do you have a catalog?

Do you ship products internationally?

We have a limited number of products that can be shipped internationally. Please contact us and we will be happy to check if we can ship the product internationally. Please note: payment types accepted for international orders are: Paypal, money orders and credit cards issued by an American bank.

What is the difference in size between a hospital bed and a twin bed?

The bed deck (area where the mattress sits) of most hospital beds is 35-36 inches wide and 80 inches long. A twin bed is 38-39 inches wide and 80 inches long. Both hospital and twin beds can be shorter, 75-77 inches long or extra long, 84 inches in length. Please give us a call to talk with one of our bed experts.

Do you offer trials or equipment rentals?

We do not offer trials or rentals for our products at this time. We are happy to provide expert support in assisting you on making the right product choice.
