Ordering with Adaptive Specialties was easy, however, the shipping with R&L was a pain!
Fisrt, their customer service snapped when I followed up my order on the date it was supposed to be shipped. She emphasized that I will get a call from them when it will be shipped, apparently it will be late.
A week later, I followed up again because I'd like to be sure that I will be home at the time of delivery. So we made an appointment Friday, September 23 bet 11am to 3pm, and again, they said the driver will call me.
Friday, I did not go to work and kept on waiting for the driver's call. I even went out at 2pm to check and there was nothing. At 3:30pm, I called R&L and I was told that it was delivered at 2:20pm in the front door. And yes, I found a HUGE box in my front door and with the paper saying Lift Gate required on the first line and signature is required at the time of delivery, and the paper was just inserted on the flap of the box.
The customer service of R&L is excusing their by saying it's a third party driver that did that job and for that, they have nothing to do with it.
My plan was if I had met the driver, I will ask him to put the box in the garage,so imagine my pain mov

How to Return an Item

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.

To help keep our prices as competitive as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all approved returns.

Refunds are calculated based on the purchase price of the item. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.
