The BuzzAround Extreme EX 3-Wheel Scooter by Golden Technologies is a full-size scooter supporting up to 350 pounds yet portable, lightweight and easily dissembles in 4 steps for travel and storage. The BuzzAround scooter's 2 wireless U1 batteries provide an extended range of 18 miles at a speed up to 5 mph.* Enjoy innovative features such as an adjustable Delta Tiller, LED battery gauge, a tight 42” turning radius and new ultra bright LED angle-adjustable headlight. The black vinyl, 18”w x 16”d full size comfortable stadium style seat, includes 3 adjustable seat height positions with flip-black armrests, making it easy to get on and off your scooter. The BuzzAround EX 3-Wheel Portable mobility scooter is equipped with front and rear 9” solid (flat free) tires and includes front and rear suspension springs to offer a comfortable and smooth ride. The standard interchangeable red and blue shroud covers, add a bit of flair to your BuzzAround EX 3-Wheel scooter.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
