Special Needs Strollers That Meet Disney World’s Size Requirements
A Disney World vacation is a meaningful experience for any family — and that includes families traveling with a child or adult with special needs. A little extra planning goes a long way toward making the trip smooth and enjoyable for everyone. One thing to prepare for in advance: Walt Disney World has stroller size restrictions in place to help manage guest flow throughout the parks.
To be permitted in Disney World parks and resorts, strollers must be less than 31 inches wide and less than 52 inches long. This requirment includes single user strollers and standard double side by side stollers
and joggers if they fit within the width and length requirements. No stroller wagons allowed, push or pull. The good news is that many of the adaptive strollers and pushchairs we carry meet this requirement.
Adaptive Strollers That Comply with Disney’s Size Policy
We have compiled a list of our best-selling special needs strollers for children and adults that meet Disney World’s current standards:
Pro Tip: Order your stroller well in advance of your trip. Specialty adaptive strollers can have
lead times of several weeks, and you will want time to practice assembling, folding, and loading it into your vehicle before you arrive at
the park. Being familiar with the stroller before the trip makes for a much smoother vacation day. While inside the park, use a brightly colored
ribbon or tag to find your parked stroller.
