Inspired by the standard infant “onesie” clothing, the Wunzi offers caregivers and clinicians a simpler alternative to the two-garment TheraTogs system.

The base Wunzi System contains the core-strengthening Wunzi garment set plus a single TogRite™ Cross Strap to create most posture & torso alignment strapping applications. Add the Wunzi Limb Kit to address any of the indications previously supported by TheraTogs’ Upper or Lower Extremity strapping applications.

The TheraTog Wunzi is designed for early intervention with comfort and ease for trunk alignment.

TheraTogs™ systems are FDA Class I medical devices intended to be issued by, and applied under the supervision of, a licensed healthcare practitioner engaged in neuromotor training. TheraTogs ULTRA systems are made of GoldTone™ - a proprietary and patented latex-free composite fabric with foam backing made of an aqueousbased elastomeric urethane. TogRite™ strapping is latex-free elastomeric strapping with an inert, silicone-based grip surface.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lead Time:

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
