Span America's Encore ReadyWide Hospital Bed is a heavy duty, hard working bed with high tech features like GlideAlign Retractabily and Comfort Chair, paired with built-in width adjustments. The built-in width extensions (from 36” to 39” or 42” Wide) and optional length extension kit (80” to 84” Long) provides the right fit for every user and the ability to change width and length as needed. Hi- Low, head and knee adjustments, Trendelenburg, Reverse Trendelenburg, Comfort Chair and auto-contour functions offer multiple therapies, all in one bed.

The optional Span-America Geo-Mattress UltraMax has a mattress sized to fit every Encore Bed size option. GlideAlign keeps the user in alignment with the bed during head-of-bed movement and protects from shearing on the sacrum, scapula and heels.

The Encore bed comes standard with: GlideAlign, Comfort Chair, trendelenburg, reverse trendelenburg, auto-contour, head and knee articulation, hi-lo vertical movement, under-bed lighting, Smart Stop, hand control, baseboard bumper and 3” heavy duty casters along with your choice of style and color of the standard head and footboards. Pre-installed ReadyWide expansion creates 3 width options, 35 in. to 39 In. or 42 in.. Floor Lock, 7 7/8 in to 31 in. hi-low, 4-DC motors, baseboard bumper, corner mattress stoppers, backlit 9-button hand pendant with auto contour and foot end controls.


Pre-installed “ready-wide” package allows two-click width adjustment from 35", one click to 39” and one more click to 42” width. No tools needed.

Easy to create a larger or smaller bed as needed, great for moving the bed. Mobility at any height.

Positions include Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg, auto-contour, Comfort Chair and hi-lo (bed deck rises from 7 7/8” to 31”).

Under-bed indicators flash once bed goes into low-height zone.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
