The SonderCare Aura Platinum Slate Gray upholstered heavy duty adjustable bed brings together the features you need with modern residential design with slate gray Crypton fabric for the beautiful bed for care at home. The Sequoia's features include Ultra hi and Ultra low for easy care and exits, infinite back, knee and foot positions, dining chair position with tilt for reading and dining and pressure reducing deck and upgraded Comfort Pillow Top Bamboo Mattress Cover.

Unique comfort reclining bed deck flexes and adjusts to your movement for extra comfort. Each section of the bed deck moves slightly in response to your movements.

Warranty:

The SonderCare beds are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. In the event of material or manufacturing defects occurring within the warranty period, the bed will be replaced or repaired free of charge. This excludes failures and defects caused by inappropriate handling or external influences. The manufacturer is only liable for the safety and reliability of the product if it is maintained regularly and used in accordance with the safety instructions. If any significant defects are found during inspection or maintenance which mean the safe operation of the product cannot be guaranteed, the product must be taken out of use. Inspection and maintenance must be carried out at least once a year. Any faults that impair the function and safety of the bed must be resolved before the bed is used again and must be reported to the responsible person. Use only original spare parts from SonderCare. Please save the manufacturer’s transport aid for future transport of your bed.

Just give us a call to get your Return Authorization Number. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number to be processed. Note: In an effort to keep our costs as low as possible, a 15% restocking fee (based on the product price) will be charged for returned products.

Shipping and handling charges paid on your order, including expedited shipping, if any, are not refunded unless the product is damaged or defective. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless returned for damages. Products returned after the 30 days, not re-sellable, or without a Return Authorization Number may be returned to the sender at your cost.

If your order is damaged in shipping or defective, give us a call as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Custom made, hygienic and special order products can not be returned. For safety and health reasons, Hygienic and used products can't be returned. Hygiene products include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom products, body braces, eggcrate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned.
