Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Very helpful, informative and willing to spend a lot of time with you to ensure you have the right chair, add-ons for comfort and measurements. My chair is so comfortable that literally when i am having severe back pain, when i sit in my chair and cushion that i feel relief and less pressure. It took my 12 minutes to assembly my chair. It was very easy. The wrapping and packaging of the chair is the best i have ever seen. Because i spent so much time going over my dimensions, the chair fits my perfectly. I wonder recommend If you are looking for a Wheelchair or other equipment Adaptive Specialties is the only company to deal with. No stress at all. Customer service is the best.
