The Protekt Aire 7000 Lateral Rotation Bariatric Mattress by Proactive Medical has three turning modes (full, left and right) and offer alternating and independent low air loss technology that provides the perfect therapy surface for users up to 660 lbs. Wight a twin size sleep surface (36” W x 80” L), this mattress pulsates when it needs to, creates a low pressure mode or an auto-firm mode to provide an ease of transfer!

Cycle times from 10 – 95 minutes

TrueCare Alternating therapy inflates first set of cells then second set of cells in an alternating pattern in a wave

Innoavative iLAL (independent Low Air Loss) reduces moisture and heat on skins surface while providing high volume of air loss and treating and preventing pressure sores and ulcers

Select 10-30 minute alternating cycle times (in 5 minute increments) on the LED display

Static mode and Auto-firm mode are available for ease of transfer

Pulsate mode is also available with adjustable cycle time and provides periodic pressure changing with static surface

Audio and visual alarm available when power goes out or low pressure and service is needed

Two-stage fowler stops automatically after turning at 20 degrees then increases pressure output at 45 degrees to prevent bottoming out

Cover is removable and made from fluid resistant, non-shear nylon with quilted top

Control box offers “auto-lockout” for patient safety. This prevents accidental setting changes

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
