The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition, in the original box with all the documentation and parts to receive a full refund.
Just give us a call to get your Return Authorization Number. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number to be processed. Note: In an effort to keep our costs as low as possible, a 15% restocking fee (based on the product price) will be charged for returned products.
Shipping and handling charges paid on your order, including expedited shipping,if any, are not refunded unless the product is damaged or defective. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless returned for damages.
Products returned after the 30 days, not re-sellable, or without a Return Authorization Number may be returned to the sender at your cost.

Custom made, hygienic and special order products can not be returned. For safety and health reasons, Hygienic and used products can't be returned. Hygiene products include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom products, body braces, eggcrate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned.
