The Mygo 3-in-1 Stander by Ki Mobility allows users to stand upright, in the prone, or in the supine position allowing for users to feel comfortable while maintaining eye-to-eye contact with peers and family. Designed for users from ages 4 to 14, this stander allows users to maintain a natural standing position while helping to improve posture. Customize your child’s perfect multi-use stander with several optional accessories that suit each need.

Features and Benefits

System comes standard with Stander frame, washable covers, pivot base, chest pad assembly, hip assembly, knee supports, positioning pad covers, swiveling casters, and two piece footplate

Stander can be adjusted to vertical stander, prone or supine position with a continuous angle adjustment to up to 10 degrees from the horizontal position

Angle adjustments are made manually

Knee and foot supports can be adjusted by 20 degrees to accommodate contractures

Ample support is included with several additional options available (such as knee supports, hip and chest belts and sandals) for added support

Stander helps to improve posture and eye contact by allowing users to “stand” in a natural position

Lightweight frame is made with a clinic focus on posture correction and functionality

Fully removable covers are washable with the option for infection control!

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lead Time:

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
