The Inspired By Drive Otter Pediatric Bathing System is a comfortable bathing option for the growing little one in your life! Available in either standard vinyl mesh or soft polyester knit mesh fabric, this lightweight chair is available in three sizes that perfectly fit your child. With five adjustable angles (from 0 up to 90 degrees) and height-adjustable legs, this seat also comes with great features that make it perfect for travel and easy to store when not in use.

Product Features:

Lightweight, plastic frame folds flat for ease of storage and travel

Legs come with slip-resistant tips and are height adjustable with up to 7” of height

Available in two fabric choices: Vinyl mesh and Soft Polyester Knit

Covers are easy to remove (attached with Velcro) and machine washable

Seat back is angle adjustable with five available adjustments (0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5° and 90°)

Seat comes with positioning straps and leg straps that are highly adjustable and help to control abduction and adduction

Optional accessories such as lateral supports, shower stand and tub stand also available

Optional lateral straps come with adjustable wedges and come in one size

Tub stand is height adjustable from 5” to 10” and allows seat to be propped up for ease of access and contact to user

Shower stand uses casters to make rolling base for easy transfers and for roll-in showers

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
