Available with your choice of a hi or lo back, the Inspired by Drive Contour Series Toilet Support creates a safe toileting experience for your child. With an adjustable snap buckle to hold your little one in place, this padded safety system helps to promote proper positioning while toileting and offers several optional accessories to customize your potty time.

Product Features:

*Reduced Seat Depth Package Includes U-Shaped depth reducer base, plastic reducer ring, hardware to attach base to commode seat, and padded back rest. Available for Small (Lo and Hi back options) and Medium (Hi Back option Only) and reduces seat depth by 4”*

Both lo and hi back options are orthopedically contoured to provide postural support and comfort during toileting

Seat is a combination of plastic and polyurethane padding making cleaning and disinfecting a breeze

Available in hi and lo back options both with support belts to keep your child in place and assist with positioning

Lo-back comes with standard adjustable buckle while hi-back comes with h-harness that goes over the shoulders

Latex and silicone free

Optional armrests, footrests, reducer rings (plastic or padded), and splash guards are also available

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
