Standard features All electric head and knee adjustable bed frame with remote control. The frame is 11 inches off the floor and is available in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King sizes. Head of bed rises to 60 degrees and knee rises to 35 degrees, each moving independently for personalized positioning. Fully electric bed, no cranks on this bed!

Weight Capacity 400 pounds for all sizes and 400 pounds for each side of a split king.

Head and knee articulation allows for ergonomic positioning, promoting healthy posture and a better night sleep.

Convenient hand held remote adjusts the bed easily.

Sturdy proprietary frame system made of lightweight aluminum.

Under bed clearance 4.5 in., add the Optional Cloud Cutout and increase under bed clearance to 5.5 in.

Pair the adjustable frame with either the Comfort Transfer Mattress designed for the bed or your own. No box spring needed.

The mattress should be a flexible foam mattress or a powered therapy mattresses. Do not use an innerspring mattress.

Standard sized bedding fits the Assured Comfort bed

The Comfort Transfer Mattress is a hygienic product and can not be returned.

Optional handcrafted wood head and footboard are available in a broad assortment of colors and 2 styles.

The optional head and footboards are available in 2 styles, the raised panel and the mission styles.

Call us to see if your existing headboard and/or footboard will work with the Signature frame.

Transfer height Options

Our bed comes with the standard frame (deck is 11 in. off the floor) or the optional hi-lo frame (deck is 14 in. off the floor).

The standard frame's transfer height is 21" with the standard 10 " mattress or 19" with an 8" mattress.

For a transfer height ABOVE 21″ on the standard frame, you can order a the frame with longer stationary legs. Call us to discuss options.

The hi-lo frame (14" from the floor) plus a 10" mattress provides a 24" transfer height.

To adjust the transfer height of the standard frame or the hi-lo frame, the mattress height can be varied.

See options below, to learn about the hi-low function which raises and lowers the bed deck 10 inches.

Optional Functions:

The optional Hi-Lo functionality raises the bed deck up and down to make transfers and care easier.

The bed deck raises and lowers 10 inches vertically form 14" to 24" off the floor, without the mattress.

Assist rails are optional. The Assist Rails rails come in 2 sizes small and large.

The Assist Rails are covered in durable faux leather vinyl and is available in many colors.

The large Assist Rail is 24"l x 12"h and the small size is 12"l x 7.75"h, each with a 2"h x 6"L grab hole.

Assist rails are available for the head of the bed area only or the large assist rail can be used at the head and knee of the bed.

Warranty Information

Full One-Year Warranty
The Assured Comfort® Bed is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Sleep Safe Beds, LLC will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser.

Limited Five Year Warranty
During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, SleepSafe Beds, LLC will replace any part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective part.

Terms and Conditions
This warranty applies to normal use and does not cover any damage caused by excessive wear, abuse, misuse, mishandling or modification of the product.

Maintenance
Periodic checks of the tightness of all fasteners are recommended for product stability and safety. Clean with water and mild detergent using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and solvents.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lead Time:

Our standard delivery window is 5-7 business days.

Custom-made or special-order products will require additional time for fabrication. We will contact you by phone and email to provide a specific estimated shipping date for your order.

Please note: Unforeseen delays can occur, such as weather events or manufacturer backorders. Should an unexpected delay impact your order, we will contact you by phone and email. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the tracking information is available.

Assembly:

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
