EZ-Access Suitcase Ramp the Signature Series provides easy access in a portable lightweight ramp for wheelchairs and scooters.

This ultra-strong, single-fold ramp provides the safety and strength required while remaining lightweight and portable. The smooth and quiet action of the live hinge, a continuous full length low profile hinge, adds strength and stability to the ramp. Ergonomically designed flexible, non-breakable handles offer convenient carrying and a comfortable grip. Features an extruded non-skid tread for superior traction, and a self-adjusting bottom transition plate for easy conversion from ramp to ground. Welded construction provides long-term durability and safety. Unfolds to a 30" wide platform.

Cleaning Instructions:

Keep ramp surface clear of ice, snow, dirt, leaves, and other debris. For snow/ice, remove accumulation and sweep the surface clean. To remove dirt, leaves, and other debris, sweeping the surface or using a garden hose will usually suffice, but, if needed, use a damp cloth or soft brush with non-alkaloid detergent and water. Rinse well and use extra caution if ramp surface is wet.

Orders must be delivered to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Assembly is not included and is the purchaser's responsibility unless prior arrangements are made for assembly to be included. Should you need assembly services, please contact us.

Return Eligibility:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special order, and hygienic products are not eligible for return.For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with federal health codes, used or hygienic products cannot be returned. Hygienic items include but are not limited to toileting products, shower chairs, mattresses and overlays, slings, bathroom aids, body braces, seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, or any products that come into direct contact with the body.

How to Return:

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain your RMA and return instructions.

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, a 15% return service fee will apply to all returned items. Refunds are calculated by the purchase price of an item; any applied discounts or promotional offers will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, freight, or delivery services, are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to damage. Products returned after 30 days, in used condition, or without an RMA cannot be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If possible, do not accept delivery of visually damaged products. If your order is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
